Well, here it is. After like a month of off and on working on this thing, it's finally done. There are some other details I wasn't able to fit on there without it being HUGEONGO bigger than it is. I hope you can read the text, if not, download it. Hopefully everything is lined up exactly the same straight across.

His feathers can move, and he uses them in his expressions CONSTANTLY. They're like dog's ears. When he runs, his tail becomes stiff and ridged to act as a rudder. Because of this, he has MASSIVE amounts of muscle in it, and will use it as a weapon. It counts for almost half his body weight since his bones are very narrow and hollow to be agile.

BACKSTORY:
Xoc was born to a "clutch" of six others. Because he was born monochromatic, the government took him away when he was five to train to become an assassin for their ruthless king. For the most part the people of the Northern lands didn't really care that their king was evil, as most of the population were what we call carnivores. True to the animal kingdom, the king rose to power by killing off the previous king and proving that he was stronger. He was power hungry, so fifty years before Xoc was born he created the assassins, build of monochromatic raptors. Xoc was given to an old Master assassin to be trained, but his Master was a bit unorthodox. He loved life and taught Xoc to love it too. After Xoc would kill something, he would always thank it for it's life. This caused him to develop more emotions than most other dinosaurs had. He rose up the assassin ladder rapidly becoming the best, but always refusing to accept promotions because this meant he'd have to train MORE young raptors, and he believed this was not a life anyone should have. His job mostly consisted of killing people the councel believed were conspiring against the king. Eventually his Master was put on this list, and Xoc was sent to kill him. Instead, Xoc helped him to escape to the Western Lands and claimed that he was dead. Well the counsel found out about his lie, and he was branded a traitor (the mark under his left eye that left him blind) by his older brother Xofosh. His "space ship" of sorts got sucked into a blackhole. Somehow surviving, he ended up on planet Earth.
